tpn Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use tpn and how we keep that data protected. We at tpn take privacy seriously — your personal information, account credentials, and payment details are encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it without your consent except where required by law.

Our tpn platform collects information in three main ways: directly when you sign up and verify your account, automatically when you use our website or app, and through payment processors when you deposit or withdraw funds. This notice explains each type of data we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights to access or delete it.

Our privacy practices apply to all tpn users, whether you access our platform via mobile browser, Android app, or desktop. We comply with data protection principles applicable in supported jurisdictions. Our services are available only where local law permits.

What Data We Collect on tpn

Account and identity information

When you open a tpn account, we collect your email address, a password you create, and your full name. During account verification (KYC), we ask for a government ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement). We photograph or scan these documents and store them encrypted on tpn's secure servers.

We also collect your date of birth, phone number, and residential address. We use this information to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. We keep this data as long as your tpn account is active, plus seven years after account closure for legal compliance.

Payment information on tpn

When you deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we receive transaction confirmations from those payment processors. We store the transaction ID, amount, date, and time. We do not store your payment app credentials or bank account numbers directly.

Payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, etc.) handle your sensitive payment data. tpn acts as a recipient of the confirmation only. If you have questions about how online payment or e-wallet handle your data, consult their privacy policies. We encrypt all transaction records on tpn and restrict access to our finance team only.

Behavioral and technical data on tpn

We collect data about your activity on tpn — which games you play, which markets you engage with (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), how long you stay on the platform, and which features you use most. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather this data. We store IP addresses, device types, browser information, and operating system versions.

We use this behavioral data to improve tpn — to identify bugs, optimize game load times, personalize your experience, and prevent abuse. We do not sell this data to advertisers or data brokers. We aggregate it for analytics only.

Communication data on tpn

When you contact tpn support via live chat, email, or phone, we store your message and our response. We keep support conversation logs for two years to handle disputes, improve support quality, and train our team. We do not share these conversations with third parties unless you authorize it or law requires it.

We may also send you transactional emails (deposit confirmation, withdrawal status, account alerts) and service announcements. These are not marketing emails — they contain information you need about your tpn account. You can opt out of service announcements, but transactional emails cannot be disabled.

Our tpn Privacy Policy and Your Rights

How we protect your data on tpn

We at tpn use TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit (between your device and our servers). We store sensitive data (ID documents, payment records) encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our servers are located in secured data centers with 24/7 physical security and backup power supplies.

We restrict access to your data — only our compliance, fraud, and finance teams can view your ID documents and payment history. Our support team can see your account activity and contact information but not your ID documents. We audit access logs monthly to detect unauthorized access.

We do not store payment card numbers or banking credentials on tpn. Payment processing is handled entirely by DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and the banks themselves. This means we cannot be breached for payment card data because we do not hold it.

Third-party processors and data sharing

We work with third-party service providers to operate tpn. Our live-dealer game operators, payment processors, and fraud-detection vendors may see limited data. We have contracts with all third parties that require them to protect your data and use it only for tpn services.

Payment processors (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, etc.) are mandated by law to share transaction data with Indonesian financial authorities. We do not control this — it is a regulatory requirement. We comply with all anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations by providing transaction reports to relevant authorities.

We may disclose your data if law enforcement or a court order requires it. We will not voluntarily hand over your data to any government or private entity without legal process. If we receive a data request, we will notify you unless law prohibits it.

Your rights regarding your tpn data

You have the right to access your personal data on tpn. You can request a copy of all data we hold about you — your identity information, payment history, support tickets, and activity logs. We will compile and send this to you within 30 days. There is no charge for this request.

You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your address or name is wrong in our system, contact tpn support and we will update it. If you request a correction, we will re-verify it during our next AML check.

You have the right to request deletion of your data. However, we must retain identity and payment records for seven years after account closure for legal compliance. We will delete behavioral data (game activity, session logs) after two years of account inactivity.

You have the right to object to data processing for marketing or profiling. We do not do either, but if you receive any tpn email you believe is marketing-related, contact support immediately and we will add you to our exclusion list.

Cookies and tracking on tpn

We use cookies to remember your login session, store your language preference, and track which games you visit. Our cookies help us identify you when you return to tpn so you do not have to log in every time. Most cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity.

We also use analytics cookies (through standard analytics tools) to count page visits, identify browser crashes, and measure feature popularity. These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information — they are just session counters.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may break tpn features (like staying logged in). Some cookies are essential to tpn's operation and cannot be disabled. We recommend allowing essential cookies and disabling only optional tracking cookies if you prefer.

Data retention and deletion on tpn

We keep identity and payment data for the lifetime of your tpn account plus seven years after closure (to comply with AML regulations). We keep support conversation logs for two years. We keep behavioral data (game activity, session logs) for one year, then delete it unless retention is necessary for fraud investigation.

If you close your tpn account, we mark it as inactive in our system. Your data remains encrypted and protected but is no longer accessible to you. If you want to delete your account entirely, contact our support team. We will initiate deletion, but regulatory records will be retained for seven years.

We review our data retention practices annually. If data protection laws change in supported jurisdictions, we will update our practices to comply. We will notify you of any major changes to this privacy notice via email.
