tpn provides entertainment services in supported jurisdictions only. We define supported jurisdictions as regions where access to online gaming platforms is not prohibited by local law. Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Once a deposit is confirmed, it becomes your tpn balance and is available for games and markets.

Funds you win in one category are immediately available in another. Your balance is denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or the local currency of your jurisdiction.

If your account is suspended, your balance is frozen and you cannot deposit or withdraw. If we lift the suspension, your balance is restored. If your account is terminated, we will attempt to process your remaining balance as a withdrawal to your registered payment method.
We provide written notice of suspension or termination via email. You may request an explanation and have 30 days to appeal. Appeals are reviewed by our compliance team and a determination is issued within 7 business days.
